Dr. Ryan Howley Joins O’Kane & Monssen Family Dentistry as Partner

O’Kane & Monssen Family Dentistry is pleased to announce that Ryan Howley, DDS is now a partner in the dental practice and a member of its board of directors. Dr. Howley joined O’Kane & Monssen as an associate in 2018.

“We are thrilled to have Ryan join us as a partner,” said Dr. Kristi O’Kane. “He is a highly skilled dentist who is passionate about providing excellent care to every patient.”

Dr. Howley focuses on patient-centered, compassionate care to develop treatment plans that fit individual health and budget needs. He has expanded the scope of services available at O’Kane & Monssen through his interest in endodontics (root canals that save teeth) and other procedures. Dr. Howley enjoys treating children and patients of all ages.

“Our patients love the added convenience of having more of their needs met in our home office rather than having to travel to other specialty clinics,” said Dr. Brian Monssen. “Ryan’s dental knowledge and friendly personality have made him a favorite with patients.”

Dr. Howley received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from St. Olaf College and then followed his father’s footsteps and received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota. He and his wife Ellan live in Eagan where they enjoy mountain biking in Lebanon Hills and canoeing in various lakes around the metro. They are expecting their first child very soon.
